Booking request form
- A deposit of 30% approximately will be required at booking; the remaining balance will be due 72 hours before the tour by PayPal or Card (depending on the tour)
- A 5% processing fee will be charged when paying with cards or PayPal except if the PayPal payment is made as “friends and family”
- Minimum number of guests for semi-private tours to run is 4 people. Couples are welcome to book
- Cancellation policy: full refund if cancel at least 72 hours in advance, no reason needed, except if a longer term is required at specific tours, and except Marques de Riscal tickets and PayPal fees if aplicable.
- Use of images: during your tour with us we might ask your permission to take pictures and or videos. By participating in our tours you are giving us permission without any compensation to use those images for promotional purposes in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, this website and others. However, you may at any time request to remove or to not post any photo or video with your images in it, and we will remove the image or the part of it where you show as soon as we can; nevertheless no compensation will be given for having used those images
- In our Riscal and Modern Architecture Wine Tour, in the very unlikely event that Marques de Riscal is booked out, we will take you to another comparable winery
- During the low season, November to March, we might not be running public tours for lack of enough customers, even in cases when we offer those tours in platforms such as Viator, Abnb, Winetourism and others. Please check with us about availability during the low season and holidays
- Release and Waiver of Liability: By booking or participating in any tour, activity, or service provided by North Coast Tours, the person booking (the “Client”) and all participants in their party (collectively, “the Participants”) hereby release, waive, and discharge North Coast Tours, including its owners, associates, and employees, from any and all liability. This waiver applies to the Participants, their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns.
- Scope of Claims: This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims—including those arising from negligence—resulting in:
- Personal Injury: Including accidents, illnesses, or death.
- Property Loss: Damage to or loss of personal belongings.
- Food & Beverage: Allergic reactions, negative reactions, or food poisoning resulting from wine, drinks, or food consumed during or as a result of the activities.
- Comprehensive Coverage: This release applies to all associated aspects of the tour experience, including:
- The use of all vehicles and transportation services.
- Interaction with staff and use of provided equipment.
- Conditions and incidents at any and all places, venues, or sites visited during the tour.
- Assumption of Risk and Insurance: The Participants acknowledge that tour activities involve inherent risks. By booking or participating, the Participants voluntarily assume all such risks. While North Coast Tours maintains all mandatory and optional insurance required for professional operation, the existence of such insurance does not void or waive the Participant’s agreement to this release of liability.
- Severability: If any term, clause, or provision of this Waiver of Liability is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause, or provision. Such invalid term, clause, or provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
- Acceptance of Terms: By completing a booking or participating in a North Coast Tours activity, the Client confirms that they have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of all participants in their party and that all participants have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms.
