Transfer Tours
Are you going to visit more than one city on your trip to the Basque Country? Take advantage of our tours to get a free ride from one city to another. For example we can pick you up in Bilbao and drop you off in San Sebastian (or the other way around). We offer that service in all our Private tours; and on our Semi-Private tour we can connect Bilbao, San Sebastian, Vitoria and the wine country.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our tours are a great value both for quality and price, that’s why in the high season they tend to get booked out. It’s recommendable that you book with time in advance to save your spot. It also makes our management easier when making reservations at the wineries. You have to keep in mind that we go to the best wineries in the world and the spots available tend to run out in the high season.
For booking we require a deposit of 30% approximately; the remaining balance will be due 72 hours before (depending on the tour)
We only accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept money transfers, Venmo, Zelle, cash or any other payment method.
On our private tours we will pick up in your hotel or residence. On our semi-private tours we pick up in hotels or residences in San Sebastián, but in Bilbao we pick up in a meeting point in the downtown area.
Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance, no reason needed, except if a longer term is required at specific tours, and except certain winery tickets and PayPal fees if aplicable.
Our semi-private (public) tours run with the maximum of 8 people, we like to keep it small so the experience is more intimate and communicative among tour guides and passengers. For private tours, we can accommodate up to 200 people.
